This is an awesome light. It is expensive, but not when you think about the fact you are getting two lights in one. The front bezel turns from one side to the other and locks. One side is a bright white light and the other is an infrared light for night vision use. There is no way to accidently go from one to the other. This is a small light for the brightness. It is not heavy yet holds well and can be used with gloves. If you want/need an IR light, this is the best I have seen due to size, brightness, and features.

I bought two locks for my house doors for better security. I tried to install one and it did not line up with the hole in my door so I tried to return them. I found out the locks were not returnable and was shocked. I did not see that posted clearly anywhere on Amazon. Second, I finally got them to accept the returns and Medeco said it would be based on examination. Upon receiving them they said the found a small scratch on one so it was not returnable at all and they very reluctantly took the other one back. There was a big discussion about a 20% restocking fee which is $50 for these locks. They ended up taking one lock back but would not take the one back where they found a small scratch. I am now out of the price of one as I own but cannot use it because it won't fit my door. All in all it was a very expensive learning experience. I will check shipping and return policies a LOT closer before ever purchasing anything on Amazon again.

okay this product works great.. but of course is made in china.. plastic housing, plastic gears, but.. u get what u paid.. but....for the ones who post above.. u should check the limits switches.. some times the cable split.. the arms are so easy to dismantle and replace any part.. ! im a contractor soo.. it is very easy for me to install this lockmaster.. and they are very reliable!

I can't tell you how angry I am with this company. They sell a amazingly bad product. I installed and it broke within 20 minutes. Called them to get help and no answers. Left countless emails and nothing. I finally started calling and emailing once an hour for about 3 weeks. When I finally got someone to email back they said they had never received anything from me and that the product was faulty due to install. Really? Hmm well I guess when you install this item the rams stop working because they aren't level. That is interesting. I finally became so irate with these people they sent me the circuit board. When I reinstalled it worked for another 2 days and guess what! They rams stopped working, board is fine now but I guess you get what you pay for. I should have spent a few hundred more dollars and got a liftmaster or mighty mule. My neighbors have these brands and they have worked flawlessly for years. By the way this company took 2 months to send me the board. I live in Montana and they in Washington... so I doubt anything they said was truth. Buyer beware, don't waste your money or time.

The gate installs easy with few problems,it programs easily and the manual is well done.
One major problem I'm having is after I installed it it was working fine until I tried to adjust the limit reed switches because of a little over travel in both directions.
Both motors started to go in full extension of the arm. I can not make the motors go in reverse. I tried to manually screw in the arms half way but they only go out in one direction. It may have something to do with the magnet getting out of alignment but the magnet is not visible it's undercover.
THEIR IS NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND NO FEEDBACK FROM EMAILS.
This unit is made in China and sells through on line suppliers with no technical knowledge.

I would give this opener 5 stars if it had technical support, but I'm afraid I must return the opener.
If some tech out their would call me I would appreciate it.

This Coffee Color is just alright. In some places it appears green, and in some it appears red. It is NOT as easy to apply to make it look great as they make it seem in videos. It is a pretty color in some areas, I wish that it had a more even, uniform coloration. I'm sure a lot of it had to do with our surface, but we cleaned it really well several times before we began and followed the instructions. If you look up close - you can definitely tell that it is not a professional job! haha! I give it 2 stars because we it still turned out alright.

I had been researching different etching stains for my back patio. When I saw this product and color, it was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't expect the stain to be a solid color, in fact, I was hoping it was a little distressed looking, which is the style of my home.

The stain is really uneven (and not in a cool, artistic way), and the color is nothing like it claimed to be in the pamphlets or website. It's so bad that I will most likely have to call in a professional stainer to try to recover my back patio. The $300 I spent on this and other materials was a complete waste of money. Maybe it would work better on FRESH concrete, but I wouldn't suggest trying this, or you may ruin your brand-new slab o'concrete.

Call the professionals. Live and learn, in my case.

Bigger and Better than Anticipated, April 3, 2011

This unit is better than we expected based on the descriptions provided by Broan. It is quiet and powerful. Installation and hookup were relatively easy (though it IS heavy), after we studied the electrical scheme of the hood. Broan does not make it easy to find out what parts are actually necessary.

We obtained a Broan 336 Blower to replace the incredibly noisy internal fans of our Broan Elite E6448TSS. (Those internal fans made a HUGE hum, vibrating our entire house, at every speed. Broan Technical Support even stated to us: "It's a VERY noisy unit!" So they KNOW!) The controller in the E6448T is the same one used in the Broan E64E48.

Bottom line:
-If you need a high-performance (over 1000 cfm) range hood, and you think noise might be a problem, seriously consider an external blower hood.
-Don't buy Broan internal-fan hoods.
-Broan external blowers are much better equipment than their internal fans.

I think 458 safes must have fallen on it.Amazon sent me a replacement and it was damaged also,but was still usable.
